No one to talk to but me
I was reading a post earlier about a gentlemen who realized he was alone, talking to himself while shaving. He wondered how long that was going on for, well, I have been talking to myself for quite sometime. I clearly remember one day while in the shower, I was replaying a seen on how I was to comfront one of my friends when my husband popped his head in and asked me if I was talking to myself. He clearly stated that he was freaked out and left him wondering if I had a personality condition. As long as I could remember I have been talking to myself, I think this is actually pretty healthy. No one can talk back to you, judge you or see you, and you can express yourself even vent while in the privacy of your own home, car, bathroom or wherever. With the whole bluetooth hands free law, no one will ever know you are talking to yourself. I think sometimes I can put things in perspective when I talk to myself, we all have cried ourselves to sleep why not talk ourselves into something. Remember you are your own true friend, so why not talk to yourself…you deserve it.

I think everyone thinks aloud to themselves at times. As long as you don’t begin to respond back, you’re good.

I totally agree with you, however, I think I already have gone off the track by responding to myself. Maybe I need more friends.
