A doctor, I am not but I,d like to add perhaps a few salient facts to the above description of an oncoming nervous breakdown.
In some instances when a person finds oneself suddenly without a family doctor a drastic change or reduction to a long term anxiety medication will bring on a false positive indication mimicking the above.
I know because I was faced with a rather scarey set of symptoms when my own doctor retired .
Here in Ontario, Canada it is very difficult to find a new doctor so I was forced to go to public walk in clinics and more often yhan not the physicians on duty wouldn't prescribe the sufficient dosage of various anxiety medications that my mind and body were not only used to but absolutely required.
Forced withdrawal is not a comfortable thing to go through and I for one can tell you I thought indeed I was going crazy.
Apparently my original family doctor was over prescribing lorazepam and temazepam and in the end I was the one to face the brunt.
Please add this post to youe site as it may help a few people to realise a bit more about nervous/mental breakdown situations/
