Do it yourself hair disaster
I love to be panpered by doting hands, so when I decided that I would start dying my own hair to save us some cash, I gave up part of my existance. It has been almost a year now, and I still cannot get it right. Today I decided it was time to take the color out and get to work. I have purchased this hair dye before, however, today, after I washed out my hair, I noticed that my roots were red. With a scream that tore through the house, I had both my son and husband rush to the bathroom to see what the hell was the matter. Honestly, I wanted to cry. My husband urges me to go get my hair done all the time, but I just get tired of spending $ 200.00 every two months. So I read the bottle of hair dye, and I could have sworn that I bought the same color before. It turns out that I had picked the wrong shade of dark brown, when in reality I needed something that had a tint of blue. I know nothing of this industry, when I asked the sales person at the beauty salon, she handed me the product, and in good faith I purchased it and used it. No wonder why these beauty school drop outs work at Sally’s. Sorry guys, but if you know your S***, then when I ask you to match a strand of my hair to one of your products, you should know what to do. Well, needless to say I returned to the beauty salon and got another color, I will test it later. As far as pedicures go……..I will never give them up.
