Lose weight with coffe
I just wanted to let everyone know that after drinking three cups of espresso Italian coffe, not only was I on fire, but I also weighed less. I do not have to explain the last comment, we all know that coffe is mother nature’s all natural laxative. Honestly this may not be healthy because of the loss in nutrients we leave in the toilet, but hey, when you feel stuffed or over ate calories, this is the route to take. Don’t you see why the Olsen twins always have a cup of Joe in their hands? Not only does coffe fill them but it also keeps them regular. If you are going to become a coffe drinker, just make sure you keep those bleaching strips handy, your teeth will thank you. Personally, coffe in moderation has never killed anyone, however, if you up the strenght by drinking espresso, you will notice the difference. Here is an easy recipe for a great espresso smoothie that will keep your taste buds watering. Brew 4 cups of espresso, mix with 1 cup of cold milk, sugar to taste. Blend all ingredients with 1 cup of ice, and their you go, a blended coffe drink right in your own kitchen. You can also make this with regular drip coffe, remember the stronger the coffe, the better the laxative.
