Here  I thought I was in a good place, with my place on the market and ready to move.  Thanks to our never ending disaster of our economy, my dreams of moving up in this world have collapsed with a slam on a concrete slab, not to mention shattered in thousands of pieces. There is no way in hell that I am giving my house to a charity case, if you cannot afford it, maybe you should not live in Orange County.  Now with our  loan system on hold, thanks to current bankruptcy issues with several banks, we definitely will not be able to sell.  I am seriously depressed, I never thought America, the greatest nation in the world would face financial disaster.  First we have the worst president in recorded history, second we are fighting a war that never even had to be faught that is consuming every single resource not to mention human life, and put us into a bigger debt, and last but not least all that goes up must come down eventually, did we not think that all these no money down loans were gonna help us prosper….Wake up !!!  Hence the foreclosures, well it is what it is, we cannot do anything about it now, for the rest of you out there, hang on, it will get better……in a few years.
