Picked it up for my grandson. I scan the costume to see if it is the percentage off. Scanner tells me to get help from and associate. People scanning items in the halloween aisle scan it at 3.22. Go to the register, it sends up warning that I need authorization to purchase costume. Clerk running the self-check, runs it, and gets a warning. They confiscate the costume and tell me it's been recalled. No more information given. I have two questions: Why was it STILL on the rack, and what was the reaon for the recall.
