The weekly migrane
At least once a week the unevitable seems to happen, a migrane. No matter what the deal is, it never fails thursdays are migrane days. I think lately the contribution to these terrible pains in the head is the lack of proper nutrients. In the past week and a half I have lost about five pounds. I have been under a lot of stress recently wich has rendered me without an appetite, however, my reduction of about sixhundred calories a day has left me quite empty. So the headaches must be linked to the lack of food not to mention my past two weeks sans coffee. Coffee is the culprit as well, the withdrawls from caffeine are horrible which lead to migranes as well. I have been trying to cleanse myself with green tee, but without calories it is just no use. I hate to take motrin 800 which is the only thing that works on my body, but that can also tear up your stomach which can lead to ulcers and so on. Migranes can put a damper on your day, and the worst part of it is that sometimes when you go to bed with a migrane it lingers until the next day. Load up on the fruits and carbs, they should keep them at bay, but for someone like me, I have to watch what I eat if I want to fight the battle of the buldge.
