I never knew how much Chili’s ( the restaurant) sucked.  Service is poor and so is their food.  Hamburger sliders, no taste what so ever, french fries, oversaturated in oil and no taste, fajitas, bland.  Chicken dender kids meal, all batter no meat.  So the only good thing about this restaurant is their chips.  Light and thin and just enough salt.  Too bad the salsa was watery and flavorless.  After waiting 40 minutes for my meal that never came, the manager proceeded to apologize and brown nose, too bad it was in vain.  Honestly, I have worked in food service before and when situations like these arise, we comp the guests meal.  Not here, I guess it’s tough times for the restaurant business too.  Well, any ways, if you are in the mood for south of the border, this is definitely not the place to go.  I’d rather drive across the state to Arizona just so I would not have to eat at Chili’s.  So, since I had no choice on picking this restaurant I will not complain any further.
